FAQ

Questions, answered.

What counts as a "job"?

A job is one of the three metered actions: an invoice scanned, a transaction matched, or a missing document collected. Each has its own unit cost. Everything else — bank feeds, posting to Xero, the client dashboard — is included.

Are there any minimums or fixed fees?

No. No subscription, no seat caps, no minimum monthly spend, no setup fees. If a client has a quiet month and processes nothing, you pay nothing for that client. The model scales perfectly with actual work.

What's the margin on AI costs?

Roughly 50 to 65% depending on the job. We're transparent about it because it's the right thing to do, and because the math still lands you at €10.70 a month for an average firm. The cheaper our infrastructure gets, the cheaper Unreck gets.

Why does chasing cost vary so much?

Most missing documents come back on the first email reminder, which costs almost nothing. A small fraction need a dashboard nudge, then a phone-style follow-up, then sometimes manual escalation. Across a typical firm, the average lands near €0.004 per chase.

Will prices change as Unreck grows?

Our margin stays where it is. If processing costs go down, your bill goes down with them. If they go up, we eat the difference until we hit the next pricing review. We won't quietly raise margins as you scale.

How do volume discounts work?

There aren't any, and you don't need any. The model is already pay-as-you-go at near-cost. Larger firms pay more in absolute terms but the same per-job rate as a small firm. No tiers, no contracts, no negotiations.

How do I get billed?

Monthly, in arrears. You see exactly which jobs ran, for which clients, and what each one cost. No prepaid credits, no top-ups. Just an invoice for the work Unreck did that month.
